Our methodology does not react to external stimulus; we are consciously acting on our internal alignment. We move from our center. We go within to claim our purpose. We feel. We go without to tap our passion. We think. We emerge to fulfill our potential. We act.  

 

We believe that transparency (feeling), imagination (thinking), and creation (acting) are the keys to unlocking our natural potential. The old reactive paradigm of Act.Think.Feel. focused on the past and the future. With nParadigm we focus on the now. We Feel.Think.Act. This new paradigm shift allows us to live consciously. We are aligned to our purpose, passion and potential. We are empowered and we come from that center. 

Transparency . the act of cleaning the lens of perception

  1. The ability to let light pass through so that objects behind can be seen.

  2. Easy to perceive (preceded by inner reflection).

 

We need to see ourselves and others to recognize our patterns instead of projecting them on others. We also need to be seen and appreciated, reflected and acknowledge by others.

 

Imagination . the act of seeing new possibilities

  1. The ability to form new ideas, images, or concepts not present to the senses.

  2. Imagination. The ability of the mind to be creative or resourceful.

We need to see past limitation to imagine the possibilities beyond. When we are imaginative, we are resourceful, envisioning creative solutions and resolutions previously unseen.

 

Creation . the act of creating what you see

  1. The action or process of bringing something into existence.

  2. The bringing into existence of the universe.

Creation is the actualization of what we have imagined. It is the ability to rearrange and redesign the resources to realize our creative potential, bringing something new into being.

We are better together. We instinctively form tribes. Why should executives care about tribes? Tribes can be destructive or they can be used to increase productivity and profitability. Tribes can be developed. There are tangible ways to understand and influence group behavior. Purpose. Passion. Potential. 

Tribes that are able to work in a flow state apply themselves to the creation of things no one has dreamed of and are frequently incredibly successful. These tribes change the world. And it can be hard to measure their impact in profitability. For example, how do you measure the impact of the graphic-user interface? It's probably a two-trillion-dollar idea if you aggregate its impact.

In order to build and lead a strong tribe, you need to have a vision. Without this vision, it would be unlikely that many people would rally behind what we’re creating. They would go somewhere else or do their own thing. Create a compelling vision as it relates to your passion. Your vision is about something bigger than you, and that is precisely why it fosters community. It should be inclusive, a safe container for the group. 

While we recognize that the greatest personal and professional progress is made by working with difference, at nParadigm, we also realize that there are point of tension and misunderstanding around difference. Minority populations and women, in particular, experience cultural and institutional prejudice. They suffer and, critically, we all suffer from this loss. At nParadigm, we acknowledge and begin with this fundamental reality. To protect those who have been marginalized or wounded, we create a safe container or circle to hold our difference—and we bring these individuals into the center.   

NParadigm’s labs establish boundaries and repattern unity by creating circles. Working with the symbolism of color, shape, sound, and form to set unconscious conditions, we foster feelings of belonging. Within this environment, we reframe the margin and the center by making the stories of those who have been marginalized central. We listen and learn. We ask and share. We build our tribe.

Returning to the root of idea, eidos, “to see,” nParadigm sees infinite potential and infinite opportunity. Based on a world view, nParadigm reflects a quantum perspective as a new lens in which entanglement and interdependence become opportunity. This is a whole brain perspective that recognizes the parts (left) as part of the whole (right), connecting the dots to reveal the larger vision.

  2. An experience of seeing someone or something in a dream or supernatural state.

  3. A guiding sense of purpose and an accompanying plan to realize this purpose.

Flow is a creative, fluid energetic state—a state of peak performance. It reflects the realization of a higher state of potential, both individual and group, whose insight and energy can be shared with others. According to studies, humans flow when they do what they love; when they are passionate. We flow when we are one with something greater outside of ourselves.

Flow is the way of nature.  Similarly, ideas flow and energy flows to circulate through a system, delivering necessary resources to all of the parts of an organization. Inspiring, connecting, and integrating to achieve our group potential. If the flow is impeded, however, control or money held by the few, for example, the energetic potential is lost, leading eventually to system collapse. 

 

Flow is thus the primary model of sustainable practice that we embody. Like all of our practices, it is applied internally and externally on multiple levels of scale to create an integrity between what we say and do.

Bridging the gender gap, connects both sides and allows us to realize and actualize our whole potential. Women’s equality took its first step backward in 2017, according to global metrics. In order for us to progress, this trend must be reversed—for all of us. Reflected in the hemispheres of the brain and the symbolism of the masculine and feminine, we need the creative and analytic, the linear and nonlinear, the visual and verbal thinkers to help us navigate our future.

 

We need people who create boxes and who can help us get out of them. We need everyone. This inclusive appreciation reframes the gender shift, as difference moves from a negative to a positive potential. Instead of us and them, “they” become essential. We need to hear the whole story to heal. We need to find our missing links.

NParadigm is about shifting from the old paradigm of competition and aggression to a new paradigm of collaboration and compassion. It is about working together and for one another not separately and against one another. A social benefit corporation, nParadigm seeks to add benefit to society by helping individuals to realize their potential in service to our greater, collective potential. In this way, nParadigm is founded on a principle of service, asking what we can offer in service to each other and our world.

Just as a new paradigm is a new way of seeing and being in the world, nParadigm addresses old maladaptive patterns of exclusion and inequity by creating new adaptive patterns of inclusion and equity. In particular, nParadigm seeks to bring equality to vulnerable or marginalized populations, with a particular interest in overcoming gender-based inequality and violence against women.

 

In the most fundamental way, nParadigm is about gender equality. From promoting traditional feminine values, like caring for children, the environment and social justice, to our focus on the holistic creativity of the “feminine” right hemisphere of the brain, nParadigm values both genders. Through our rebalancing of gender, we hope to restore the value of women and the feminine within ourselves, our lives and the world. We believe that feminine values and leadership are critical to human sustainability.

 

Because of its mission to support the masculine and feminine equally, nParadigm’s methodology and course offerings center around gender equality and the empowerment of girls and women. Yet we also offer programs that target nature as an expression of Mother Nature, recognizing that being in nature is fundamental to human health and wholeness. Using data and analytics as well as human experience we create retreats that overcome nature deficit disorder by returning people to their natural roots.
