We are replicating nature, based on the fundamental principle that we are a part of not apart from nature. We are nature. Further, psychology, as a reflection of human nature, is natural. Building in collaboration with nature, we believe, is the key to a dynamic and systemic balance that we know in the natural world as homeostasis.
At the center, we are three. We are not the first to come up with this concept of working in threes. In fact, the very basis for our program is the universality of the archetypal patterns of creation that have expressed themselves consistently throughout time and space. From the underlying patterns of the cosmos first noted in the Pythagorian to modern scientific breakthroughs, these patterns are the building blocks of creation.
We offer a holistic and systemic perspective; we have created a model of a new pattern of relationship that draws upon the wisdom of the ages. It is a new-old way of relating to each other in community to achieve unity as balanced diversity. The most effective groups have been found to hold diversity around a shared core value, so nParadigm conducts individual and group asessments and vision sessions to find consensus based values, making sure that these values are reflected both within and without. In order to market to an external audience successfully, you must first have buy in within.
Natural patterns are consistent and reproducible on all levels of scale. They are stable, predictable patterns that have stood the test of time, since they express time itself. This is why we are so excited to use them as the building blocks of our company and yours. By using the numbers and shapes of creation, first in their static and individual aspect and later in a dynamic and systemic way, we are leveraging the power and patterns of creation to create in a natural way.

Repatterning is ongoing. Based on evidence-based models of repetition, patterns can be reset, but inner issues will continue to emerge, at times causing emergencies. To keep growing, unconscious patterns will continue to be refined and reformed. This is a process of liberation from the old, moving into the new. Like all growth, it is a process. The difference is that this is a conscious building process that is ultimately about patterning conscious awareness as a goal.
We are becoming conscious. nParadigm labs are designed to expose unconscious and inherited pattern-based responses from the past (both biological and psychological), so that you are not reactive but proactive. From this place of increased freedom, you can see your motives more clearly, recognizing emergent solutions to previously unanswerable problems. When a complex is triggered, the individual learns to self-assess what are the limiting beliefs and the core wounds.
Change takes time, but with guidance and practice, the negative behaviors that limit team potential and productivity are removed, creating greater collaborative trust and capacity. In this process old behaviors and old systems will be transformed holistically.

AN EMPOWERED BALANCE
nParadigm is a woman owned company.
The nParadigm approach is based on balance as an optimal state of being. It is also an optimal state of performance that leverages the full potential of the group. To achieve and maintain this balance, existing imbalance must be corrected. In the western model of leadership and organization this is, put simply, a feminine or right brain orientation toward creative and intuitive wholeness. This is the model that we have outlined at nParadigm.
Based on recent scientific findings, data analytics, and 360 degree research, we know that we are lacking the full participation of employees. In particular, we are lacking the participation and inclusion of women—over half of the population. The absence of women and a feminine way of leading and being that they represent is handicapping us all. We are lacking the transformational power of collaboration and creation. It is our belief that to not only include but empower women and a feminine way of being, in both women and men, will be a profound paradigm shift—a shift that we are modelling. It is not too much to say that this new model will revolutionize human enterprise, creating sustainable patterns of relationship that will transform our world.
Honoring individual and collective transparency is essential to the imaginative and creative phases that create measurable results. Proven by broad statistical analysis, the nParadigm shift is virtually universal in its applicability. We all need emergent and new solutions. We all have inter and intrapersonal relations that hinder our capability as individuals and as a group.
Based on principles of inclusion, nParadigm integrates multiple and diverse populations and perspectives, disciplines and emergent technologies, recognizing them as parts of a shared evolution.

All organizations need a vision. It is the blueprint which allows the group to build together according to one vision. Going within and without (into our human nature and the natural world), humans have sought a new vision of themselves: a new identity. This identity can be seen as the blue print to our true potential.
At nParadigm, we believe that we will achieve our full potential by learning to really see ourselves and see others. In order to do this, we balance the logical left and creative right hemisphere. This process is facilitated by a curriculum of transparency, imagination, and creation.
B CORP - An inclusive economy
As a B corp we invest in helping people not maximizing profit. In a B corp investments are made into the surrounding environment (social, cultural, and ecological) as opposed to the profit-driven model of stakeholders. nParadigm is proud to be positively reinforce and represent this model. At nParadigm we see the B corp as model that reflects our values of community and collaboration.
Critically, this is a relational way of being that reflects an emergent feminine model of leadership and economics in which the primary focus is on the greater good of the whole as opposed to the benefit of the few. It is systemic and ecological—sustainable. It reflects nParadigm’s values of compassion and inclusion, interconnection and energetic flow. It is about stewardship and service—it is about us.
In accordance with our model, nParadigm will reinvest profits into social programs both locally and globally. For nParaidgm these programs have a particular emphasis. We seek to serve the under-privileged and underrepresented: those without access to power who have been marginalized and cannot serve themselves. In particular, nParadigm profits will be reinvested in groups and organizations that help women, children, and the environment. Based on evidence that investments in women circulate or flow from the family to the broader community, this money will then circulate through the environment to reap ongoing dividends.
Nparadigm is a new perspective because it is based both sight, looking without and on insight or looking within. Balancing both an outward or extroverted and inward or introverted movement, nParadigm works to evolve people’s inferior or weak function—their blind spot. The word theory is based on theoria “to look,” and so we see through a theoretical lens—a paradigm in order to see ourselves and each other with greater accuracy and empathy.
Sight is our interface between ourselves and the world and we see through more than our eyes. Seeing is believing because we see through the lens of our belief. Returning to the root of idea, eidos, “to see,” nParadigm sees infinite potential and infinite opportunity. Based on a world view, nParadigm reflects a quantum perspective as a new lens in which entanglement and interdependence become opportunity. This is a whole brain perspective that recognizes the parts (left) as part of the whole (right), connecting the dots to reveal the larger vision.
Why do we think counting to three is so important? It seems ridiculously simply—and it is. Put simply, counting to three repeats the symbolic and geometric progression of the creation of the universe. It starts things in a way that is ordered and stable. We know from the creation of the universe that “in the beginning” there was a densely packed explosion of matter into the void, creating what we know as space-time. But what allowed this explosion or chain reaction to continue was its equisite order of this matter.
We are going to refer to this order as consciousness and we are going to use this model of creation as a way to start or jump start our business—and yours. While the original fractions of a second of our universe can now be mapped out as a dynamic shape, we are going to start static and symbolic. Gradually we will build in greater complexity over time, just as the universe had. Following the patterns of nature and the greatest human minds who studied the symbolic progression of numbers from one to three before for millenia before Benoit Mendelbrot discovered fractal geometry, we are going to begin with the basic building blocks, moving from static to dynamic forms.

We count to three before we begin a race or a group activity to synchronize the individuals to the group. By doing this we create a collective movement toward a coordinated purpose. We orient to a goal and we make sure that we set off together, whether we are racing one another or challenging our collective potential. One Two Three…
The word three has a relationship to thought and threshold. Three is represented by the solidity of a triangle, the first shape after one point and two points connected by a line. Three points forms our first shape. Three is when you first start building. The Three transcends the One and the Two. It becomes the group—the Many.

A vision provides the map to find the buried treasure of the purpose and free the potential of the individual in relationship to the group. It is the blueprint which allows the group to build together according to one vision. The vision quest tradition is fundamental and archetypal, found across cultures and times, providing a way for people to move forward in a new direction.
Going within and without (into our human nature and the natural world), humans have sought a new vision of themselves: a new identity. This identity can be seen as the blue print to our true potential. By going on a vision quest, we not only find ourselves but our relationship to the group.

Patterned within nature is a kind of alchemy, a breaking down of the old to give birth to the new. The stages of alchemy will be used to guide the transformation of the individual and the group. In order to incorporate or embody the nParadigm model, we have to change. This change is destabilizing, moving our center of gravity to the group and away from ourselves. For this reason, change has to be self-initiated, coming from within to be successful.

Using the stages of alchemy to identify points of transformation within ourselves and others, we have identified ways to communicate and create stability that allow individuals and groups to change from within. Each individual change causes group change, a SHIFT, and readjustment.
Like water, we can learn to move with energetic efficiency, flowing down the path of least resistance to erode the hardest stone. At nParadigm, we use water as a metaphor to relearn patterns of being in energetic relationship. As Leonardo da Vinci said, “Water is the driving force of all nature.”
The flow state connects us to other people and the collective potential of people. It also connects us with something that seems to transcend the human potential all together.
What is it that visionaries see in this flow state? What higher potential do they tap into? Whether it is what Carl Jung called the collective unconscious or collective memory or what others might call God, this transcendent flow state allows us to reach beyond ourselves imagine that which we had not seen before. At nParadigm, our labs are designed to help induce and train you to invoke this flow state.
